Auten Pharmacy Inc. was established in July 1992 when Steve and Teri Auten purchased Sinclair Drug from Bill Sinclair. The pharmacy was located downtown on Main Street from the 1930's to September 2009. In 2009 a new pharmacy was built closer to the highway at the East end of Main Street in Osawatomie.
Auten Pharmacy provides a wide variety of services including prescriptions, over the counter medications, long term care services, gifts, durable medical equipment (diabetic shoes, wheelchairs, lift chairs, walkers, etc.), a photo kiosk, and greeting cards.
We set ourselves apart from the competition by offering personalized service including in home visits for elderly and home bound patients. This service includes free delivery by Auten Pharmacy employees within the city limits.
